Duration: Two Days

The workshop boosts managerial effectiveness through acquainting students with Human Resources Management principles, emphasising real-world application, and addressing contemporary topics impacting their organisations.

Workshop 3: Managing Marketing

Duration: Two Days

The workshop boosts managerial effectiveness by introducing Marketing Management principles for critical assessment of the organisation’s marketing function and addressing contemporary business topics.

Workshop 4: Managing Operations

Duration: Two Days

The workshop improves managerial effectiveness by introducing students to the conceptual framework and principles of operations and quality management, enabling critical assessment of their organisation’s operations function, and addressing contemporary business topics.

Workshop 5: Managing Finance

Duration: Two Days

The workshop boosts managerial effectiveness by introducing students to the conceptual framework and key principles of Financial Management, enabling critical assessment of their organisation’s financial function.

Workshop 6: Managing Information

Duration: Two Days

The workshop enhances managerial effectiveness by introducing students to information technology’s conceptual framework, emphasising information’s strategic role and value, and addressing human resources issues in the ‘informative age.’

Workshop 7: Managing Strategy

Duration: Two Days

The workshop delves into the debate surrounding detailed organisational strategies, comparing them to intuitive approaches and aiming to empower employees to critically assess their organisation’s strategy.

Workshop 8: Presentation Skills

Duration: Two Days

Step 1 (optional) : Schedule a personal consultation

During a personal consultation you will receive a detailed explanation of the programme and will have the opportunity to ask all your questions. In addition, our advisor will work with you to see whether this programme is in line with your work, ambitions and curriculum expectations.

It’s important to fill out the application correctly and attach all the supporting documents requested.  As soon as we receive your application, you will be sent an email with instructions of your next steps.

Step 3: Permission from your employer

In addition to these admission requirements, it is important that you have the opportunity to carry out projects and research in your own and/or another organisation. You therefore need permission from your employer/client. If you do not have an organisation where you can carry out your projects, we have an (inter)national Alumni network and many of these alumni offer our students the opportunity to carry out projects with them. How long does it take to complete this programme?

This programme consists of 18 different workshops delivered over 6 months in interactive online classes. You will need approximately 10 hours per week to complete the programme.

Are there any admission requirements for this programme?

This programme requires students to hold a Bachelor’s Degree.

Will I write tests or exams to be assessed in this programme, and do I receive certification?

There are no traditional tests or exams for our programmes. You will complete a self assessment, a peer assessment, a mentor assessment and a action learning project in order to pass this programme and be awarded with a certificate.

What if I don't have an organisation to carry out the final assignment?

First, try to find a company within your own network where you can apply the final assignments. If that doesn’t work out, don’t worry. As Business School Netherlands, we have a (inter)national Alumni network, including the alumni association Tractus. Many MBA graduates express their willingness to offer students the opportunity to work on projects with them. For more information, please contact us.
