The Action Learning Leadership Programme provided me with insight into my personal traits and those of others. As a result, I learned to respond appropriately to colleagues. Even more importantly, I also understand what effective team compositions are and how to get others on board with a process.

01
What if I don't have an organisation to carry out the final assignment?

First, try to find a company within your own network where you can apply the final assignments. If that doesn’t work out, don’t worry. As Business School Nederland, we have a (inter)national Alumni network, including the alumni association Tractus. Many MBA graduates express their willingness to offer students the opportunity to work on projects with them. For more information, please contact us.

02
Will I receive a diploma or certificate upon completion of this programme?

Certainly, upon successful completion of the Online Action Learning Leadership Programme, you will receive a certificate. This certificate remains valid for 5 years for potential progression to the second phase of our MBA programmes.

03
With whom will I be in the group?

The group consists of a maximum of 20 ambitious professionals from various industries and different management levels. Some of them are MBA students currently pursuing the first phase of their MBA and will directly transition to the second phase after completing this programme. Another portion of participants uses this programme as a standalone course to further sharpen their business knowledge and leadership skills, giving themselves a significant boost in a short period of time.

04
What is the average study load?

The average study load is 8 to 10 hours per week. This includes the hours you already spend during the class days. In practice, this means you will mainly engage in reading literature and completing short preparatory assignments. The majority of the time will be spent on writing your organisational analysis, which serves as the concluding assignment for the Action Learning Leadership Programme. In the organisational analysis, you will apply all the knowledge you have gained directly to practical situations.

05
What is the minimum size of one's own organisation required to carry out projects during this programme?

A minimum of 10 – 15 employees in the organisation is required to carry out analyses and projects effectively during this programme. If your organisation is not large enough, for example, if you are a freelancer, you can also conduct analyses and projects in another organisation. This could be, for example, a substantial NGO.
