At the same time, we continue to work diligently on the valuable recommendations from the Cedeo evaluation to further improve our services and the quality of our programmes.
What is Cedeo?
Cedeo is an independent organisation that conducts biennial evaluations into customer satisfaction among private institutions offering tailored and open corporate training in the Netherlands. Cedeo evaluates over 8,500 training institutes and assesses aspects such as collaboration, service delivery, and performance. Participants are asked about their experiences in the preparatory phase, execution, and aftercare of the training programmes. The evaluation is based on key criteria such as quality, continuity, and business relevance.
Our Quality Standards
A Cedeo recognition is only awarded to institutions where at least 80% of customers and clients are satisfied to very satisfied with the programmes and performance. According to the evaluation report, we excel in several areas:
