Hinrich Slobbe is an Associate Professor of Financial Management at BSN, where he has been a pivotal figure in the field of financial education since 1995. Renowned for his engaging and dynamic teaching style, Hinrich masterfully combines humor with rigorous, sometimes challenging techniques, making complex financial concepts both accessible and memorable for his students.
With a robust career spanning over four decades, Hinrich offers profound insights into financial control and management reporting. His extensive experience encompasses advising both SMEs and listed companies on cost-effectiveness, financing issues, risk management, and result optimisation. At BSN, he leads the ‘Risk Management’ theme day and utilises the Action Learning method, a practical approach that helps students tackle real-world problems in their organisations, providing immediate and tangible benefits.
