On April 24th, good news was received by Business School Netherlands that after going through a rigorous assessment process, BSN was once again awarded the CEDEO certificate by one of the Netherlands’ most authoritative inspection bodies in the area of corporate training. BSN has obtained this CEDEO certificate for 26 years in a row, since 1992.
CEDEO is the best-known third-party inspection body in the HR services industry in the Netherlands. It was initiated and established by a number of large Dutch enterprises and organisations under the support of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. In 1980, it began to assess the quality of corporate training service providers for the first time.
The CEDEO assessment was previously conducted on a 3 year cycle, this has now been reduced to every second year. To ensure the credibility and authority of the assessment, CEDEO adopts a one-on-one survey, directly collecting feedback from customers who have taken the training courses, rather than gathering data from the training institutions themselves. An institute will only be awarded with a CEDEO certificate if its satisfactory rate exceeds 80%.
CEDEO has been acknowledged as the research expert due to its strengths in industry trend forecast, investigation methods, auditing, quality improvement, etc. The CEDEO certificate has also become the most valuable certificate in the whole industry, therefore, organisations such as renowned international consulting firms, headhunting agencies, and HR service providers have been conducting their evaluation and selection on the basis of CEDEO’s research results.
