Kigali Institute of Management (KIM) was established in 2005 as an offshoot of the International College of Accountancy and Management (ICAM) which was founded in 2003. The establishment of KIM is in direct response to a felt need for highly qualified multi-skilled professionals in the field of business, management and information technology in Rwanda particularly and the East African Community in general. KIM’s Vision is to be a premier University, not only in the region but the rest of Africa.
Organizational change and transformation in the time of turbulence and uncertainty. It is our firm belief that the best way to survive change is to initiate it. And it is with this belief that we have been engaging in a relentless endeavour towards continuous improvement.

Our vision is to emerge as a top-ranking management school in the world by providing excellent management education. We aim to achieve global recognition as a leading player in the field of management education. We are currently in the process of expanding our undergraduate program options as well as commencing cutting-edge, Postgraduate Diploma and Masters Degree professional and academic full and part time courses in collaboration with reputable world-class Business School. We intend to provide a world class Management Education with Rwandan touch.
