World Institute of Action Learning Foundations Workshop - Cape Town
Business School Netherlands - South Africa hosted an Action Learning workshop in Cape Town.
Business School Netherlands - South Africa, held an Action Learning introductory workshop at their Cape Town office .
This workshop was facilitated by Dr Billy Coop, the only Certified Action Learning Coach by the World Institute of Action Learning (WIAL) in South Africa and a director of BSN South Africa.
The workshop provided delegates with the opportunity to gain insight and the theoretical background to Action Learning as well as participating in an Action Learning team environment. Participants were provided with any opportunity to present real problems to the group and experienced the power and benefits (and fun) that can be derived through Action Learning.
