From Master to Coach Prof PF Strydom 

A question being raised in action learning circles and within Business School Netherlands, and perhaps burning in the hearts of most good MBA graduates is: “Is there a mission, a calling for me beyond my MBA – what should I now do with what I was so busy with for such a long time?”

In the reflection on the MBA road completed Prof Strydom continued to confimr the knowledge the graduates have gained during their MBA study with Business School Netherlands, not only theorectical knowledge, but also practical knowledge. True Action Learning as a problem/ issue/ challenge/project which were worked on within groups by mainly asking questions before trying to find the best answers.
Comparing the road to a pendulum Prof Strydom made the Action Learning aspect of the MBA programme even more clear: on the one side the Action and the other the Learning aspects.

Continuing on the pendulum comparison Prof Strydom spoke to the members of the Alumni Association of  the pendulum in their minds, as it is his firm belief that they have been prepared for a task to coach within their organizations the action learning way.
Prof Strydom closed the speech with saying that:" With the same regularity ensure that portfolios of evidence is built of the learning, capture the new knowledge as knowledge capital, build teams, build leaders, build a learning attitude ---- build a learning organization!!"
