Programme
The aim of the workshop is to understand the financial objectives, the monitoring system and the “language of accounting” to assist managers striving to achieve their objectives.

The workshop Finance for Non-Financial Managers focuses on financial objectives and explains that in order to constantly strive to attain objectives; a monitoring system is required to facilitate controlling action when necessary. Designed in such a way to be understood by learners who require additional experience and knowledge in the financial aspects of the enterprise.
