Profile and Admission
The programme will be of immense value to anyone wishing to increase their understanding of Business Development, Line, Middle and Senior Managers in all departments.

The Business Development Programme (BDP) aims to create the contextual framework for managers in a practical and real time environment.

Programme
It is constructed to address key aspects of essential management and leadership disciplines in such a way that the delegates, on completion of the programme, have the insight and ability to critically analyze their own businesses. A compact and exiting programme, based on the Action Learning philosophy, where the focus is both on action (output) and learning.

The programme is so practical that it challenges the managers to complete an Organizational Analysis (OA) of their own organizations as final outcome. Successful completion of this is deemed to be an appropriate milestone to apply for the Action Learning MBA of Business School Netherlands and sufficient to be exempted of Phase 1 of the programme.

Each registrant will complete an Organisational Analysis (OA) on a real challenge / problem in his field of responsibility or within own organisation and will receive a certificate after successful completion of the project.
Tailored courses are available all year round depending on individual/ organisational request.
