Business School Netherlands Nigeria (BSNN) was established in October 2003 as an educational service provider in Nigeria. This specialist business school is rigorously practising the scientific learning methodology termed Action Learning.

BSN Nigeria - the Organisation

The intent of Action Learning is to contribute to higher education in management learning; and facilitate the development of African managers’ skills, knowledge, research capabilities and ability to take action with regards to the problems, prospects and challenges facing their own organisations.
The programmes offered by Business School Netherlands Nigeria carry the intrinsic character of the Action Learning methodology and this has proven to be one of the critical factors resulting in the business school’s current position as the leading provider of MBA Studies, recognized in Europe and with a highly relevant approach to effective management development.

To date, BSNN has twenty-three sets of MBA students in Ota and Abuja and over 400 participants on the 2 or 3-day Action learning Management Development Programmes (Also known as Masters’ Classes) and over 14 students on the 6-month Management Competence Development Programme.

Morenike Adeyeye - Operations Manager BSN Nigeria

Morenike Adeyeye is the Operations Manager in Nigeria and coordinates registration of MBA students and workshop participants, supervises workshop activities and provides feedback to the Central Registry.
She has been with the Business School since April 2004, and has found friendship in each of the students she has met through BSN.  Action Learning transcends school work, it builds relationships and as it builds relationships it builds you most importantly

  

Lere Baale - Director BSN Nigeria

Lere Baale is Director of Business School Netherlands - Nigeria, a facilitator for FATE Foundation, and LBS - Pan African University and the Regional Partner of HOWES - CMOE Inc – Africa & Middle East Area.
He has over 27 years of business management experience in leading world class global corporations where he also served as Regional Director and handled projects on marketing, strategy, business management & training covering several countries in Europe, Africa, & the Middle East Area.
He has handled several workshops covering marketing, sales, customer care, branding, teamwork, leadership, performance culture and organization efficiency.  Lere has published articles in several business and international periodicals.  He is Director of Business School Netherlands - Nigeria, a facilitator for FATE Foundation, and LBS - Pan African University. .

 

Relationship ManagerBukky Ayoadehas over 25 years experience working in leading blue chip companies in the UK. She is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant and has led various CRM projects in the highly competitive pharma industry. Her main roles involved managing information to internal & external stakeholders of companies with the primary objective to build excellent customer relationships and service customer needs resulting in customer loyalty so as to protect & sustain peak company brands in order to drive business growth.  A Certified Project Manager; she has managed several organizational projects including Customer Relationship Management, change management, field-force training and employee recruitment.  Bukky has a strong passion for first class customer relationship management and exceptional customer service delivery.In order to tap opportunities and support our current aggressive expansion to accelerate BSN business growth,we have identified an urgent need to drive our Customer Relationship Management. On the 15th August 2011, She was appointed as the CRM.

 

Juanita Bouwer - Director BSN Nigeria

Mrs Juanita Bouwer (MBA) has been with Business School Netherlands since 2000. As General Manager of the South African Business School and Head of English Programmes, she works together with her team from Cape Town, South Africa.
Juanita is one of the directors of Business School Netherlands - Nigeria.
