Rosi Dhaenens is CEO and founder of Collabó. Additionally, she is a consultant for organisation development and works as a lecturer at Business School Netherlands in Business Strategy, Change Management and Leadership Development.

She is an expert when it comes to complex cooperative issues. She applies her know-how in developing specialised knowledge aiding and facilitating better cooperation between organisations and its employees.

She is highly experienced in helping organisations make extensive changes to their business model, organisation structure and way in which business is conducted. With her help many organisations have been able to implement radical changes on all levels in a natural way.

Rosi Dhaenens has a degree in Clinical Psychology and has done research in the effect of motivation strategies on the compliance of patients, at Radboud University Nijmegen. She has applied the outcome of her research to developing courses and programmes on burglary prevention. This has been implemented nation-wide by the Dutch police, large department stores and retailers.
