Lee Kingma, Ph.D.
Lee Kingma was awarded a Doctorate in Human Resources Management from the Cape Peninsular University of Technology in 2008. The topic of her research thesis was Utilising a Personality Typology in resolving Subliminal Conflict in the Workplace. She completed the Associate Executive Coaching Programme through the Graduate School of Business in Cape Town in 2006. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Business School Netherlands, which she obtained in 2002. Her further qualifications are a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations from the Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business and a Personnel Management Diploma. |
