Tutor Strategic Management

Swieringa is an independent business consultant operating under Swieringa Organisation Consultancy. In recent years he has narrowed down his consulting practice to helping organisations make changes while learning. He specialises in the process of strategic and organisational orientation and merging of larger corporations.

He lectures at Nijenrode University, Academy for Entrepreneurship, Focus and China-Europe Management Institute (CEMI). He has completed his doctorate in Economics at Groningen University and Erasmus University.

Mr. Swieringa is skilled in a number of business techniques, such as scenario planning, vision and mission development, changing business structure and culture, leadership, cooperation and team development. He is fascinated by the human component in the decision making process in larger organisations.
