Business School Netherlands become the European affiliate of the World Institute for Action Learning

February 2009 saw Business School Netherlands become the European affiliate of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL).  WIAL was established in 1995 by co-founder Michael Marquardt, following close collaboration with Reg Ravans, who is widely acknowledged as the father of Action Learning.

Professor Marquardt was present in our Buren Campus to deliver a series of Action Learning coaching sessions to faculty and staff members of Business School Netherlands.  Follow on coaching sessions are planned 27th and 28th May 2009, when a number of faculty and staff will finalise their training to become Certified Action Learning Coaches, (CALC).

This affiliation places BSN firmly on the international Action Learning map, and adds strength to our intent to become an enabler in the development and continued success of managers and their organisations through various planned workshops and a serries of Action Learning training sessions.
