Kentz managers attend International MBA

Kentz managers participated in a 9-day International MBA conference at Business School Netherlands in Buren, as part of their
in-company MBA.

The conference balanced theoretical aspects of management with discussions of live issues in groups. Each of the key subjects discussed – Information Management, Financial Management and Strategic Management require the completion of an Action Learning Project – addressing live company issues. Change Management  was another area of debate and discussion, drawing upon the best theoretical concepts and the experiences and live challenges facing the group.

Managers participating in the conference travelled to Buren from around the world, including Nigeria, South Africa, the Dutch Antilles, Belgium, Azerabjan and the Netherlands. In addition to the international diversity within the group, the broad base of experience of different industry sectors – including construction, banking and insurance services – proved conducive to creative problem solving.
