The Management Development Programme can be delivered in two formats:
1. Continuous workshop days over 21 days, with Action Learning Projects to follow
2. In a block format spaced over approximately 6 months.
MDP Student Profile
Middle Managers
The MDP provides students with wide-ranging insights into various core managerial fields, covering the broad spectrum of management disciplines from the MBA programme. It also provides middle management with a broadened scope, a significantly increased managerial insight and a solid conceptual framework.
The Management Development Programme is delivered in the English language.
Minimum 20 students per set.
MDP Application Procedure
Following a discussion with the HR or Training and Development team within your organisation regarding specific training and development requirements, we can start a Management Development Programme set as soon as you require.
The Management Development Programme requires the student participate in 21 workshop days and submit 10 Action Learning project reports.
Outcome
Certificate in Management Development
The Management Development Programme can be taken in combination with the Skills Development Programme to provide the Certificate in Management.
