Skills Development Programme (SDP)

The Skills Development Programme enables students to specifically focus on developing
management skills, which will greatly enhance their development as managers and their ability to constructively co-operate with others.

Management Development Programme (MDP)

The MDP is a bridging course in Management Theories, designed in helping managers to start creating a learning organisation. All the MDP workshops are aimed at confronting the student with the fast-changing business environment and the implications of these changes for the organisation. After a general introduction to the subject of the workshop, specific attention is given to the latest trends in that realm, which influence and affect all organisations.
