Prof. dr. René ten Bos 

René ten Bos is Professor of Philosophy en Organisation at the Radboud University of Nijmegen and Associate Professor at Business School Netherlands.  He has written 12 or 13 books and more than 100 national and international articles. His work is often associated with Critical Management Studies and is characterized by his contrary and non-instrumental interest in organisations. For him, the central issue is always what you can and cannot organize.

Ten Bos is chief editor of the magazine ‘Filosofie in Bedrijf’ (Philosophy in business) and editor of the well-known English language magazine ‘Organization’. He is a member of the Standing Conference of Organizational Symbolism (SCOS), an international network of academics that harbour a critically humorous interest in management and organisation.
