Sudan - Sudanese Dutch Management Center

Sudanese Dutch Management Center's (SDMC) goal is to transfer and exchange knowledge and experience between international management teachers, consultants and businessmen and Sudanese managers and professionals. The programmes offer personal effectiveness training for middle management. SDMC’s founding partners are: TQS Netherlands (network of international management teachers and consultants), Business School Netherlands (University of Applied Sciences) and Newtech Industrial & Engineering Group Sudan.

Mission
The mission of Sudanese Dutch Management Center is developing management competencies in all sectors nationwide. It is our corporate responsibility to boost and contribute building capacity in Sudan, related to the Comprehensive Peace Agreement and supported by the international community.

Action Learning
Programmes are of an internationally recognised excellent level, highly applicable, sector related and with attention to international and local leadership concepts. The teaching method is based on Action Learning. Managers will work on their problems; not on endless theoretical issues, but on implementation: ‘learning by doing’, ‘less books-more brains’.
